Steel SIP Systems
The Build Green Company
The Build Green Company has developed the Hybrid SIP System (HSS), utilizing an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation encased in light gauge steel. The The Build Green Company Hybrid SIP System provides a trusted and proven alternative that is easier to install, better for the environment, longer lasting, and costs less than traditional SIP designs.
The Build Green Company’s Hybrid SIP System can be used for walls, roof, and floor assemblies, enabling a wide range of structures to be built quickly, easily, cost effectively, with a huge improvement in energy efficiency.
The The Build Green Company Hybrid SIP System utilizes steel and Polystyrene, providing for a structure that uses less material than traditional SIP and stick frame built structures; The Build Green Company’s HSS is 100% recyclable, requires less energy to maintain, emits no pollution, and most importantly, uses no wood – offering a more sustainable construction method, preventing warping, pests, fire, mold, mildew and greatly reducing building costs.

Ultra Frame is a structurally insulated metal stud panel. It is comprised of modified expanded polystyrene (EPS) and thermal structural metal studs. Transcon Steel created the Ultra Frame insulated structural panel after completing ten years of alternative building material system analysis.Engineers, architects, builders, tradesmen, and inspectors were instrumental in the overall design of Ultra Frame. Below are the major criteria used to evaluate and determine the best products to comprise the Ultra Frame system. Transcon Steel is excited to manufacture and bring this remarkable system to market so that we all can begin “Framing the Future”.RESARO AB
LEGALETT Foundation Radiant Floor Heating System
The Air-Heated LEGALETT Foundation Pipes are cast into the concrete slab through which warm air is circulated through a heating unit. With the aid of a fan, the warm air travels through the pipes heating up the whole floor/foundation.
The foundation is the engineered structural concrete slab. It floats on a double layer of rigid polystyrene. It rests on a well-drained layer of crushed stone. The Slab On Grade design is engineered for frost protection.
